Bio: She was born and raised where L, Near and Mello where raised. After Near left she was adopted by Japanese tourists that were police, Hideki Okida and Naomi Okida. They lived together in Japan for a long time, until Naomi Okida died of a sickness. Riden with grief, Hideki Okida started to work double shifts, not having enough time for taking care of Lucy/Kibo. So, he started to bring her to the headquarters and that when a miracle happened, during a horrible rape/homicide case, she was only 9 when she started to relize that the real murderer was right under their noses. The murderer was named Makoshi Urahara. Later when the DNA tests came back, Mako Urahara was convicted Guilty and was sentenced for life. ever since that day, she worked for the Osaka Police Task Force and their Special Victums Unit. Shes been there since she was 9.
